2007-2008: Marick played in 4 tournaments as a freshman. His best finish was 40th at the MacDonald Cup.

High School: Marick was a three-year varsity player, as well as team captain and MVP his senior year. He won nine tournaments during his high school career and was all conference three times (conference champion, 2006). He was named Honorary Captain of the Pioneer Press North All Star Team for Chicago's northern suburbs in 2006. Brandon was a three-time Future Collegians World Tour Academic All American (2004, 2005, 2006), an Illinois State Scholar, an AP Scholar, and a National Honor Society member.

Personal: Marick is a member of Silliman College and is a Film Studies major. His father Michael is a graduate of Denison University and IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law. His mother, Lisa, graduated from Brandeis University and IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law. Brandon has a sister Cody (16) who attends Glenbrook North HIgh School, and a brother Harrison (14) who is in eighth grade.
